Unfortunately due to the on-going global health crisis managing covonovirus, the Forget Me Not Day Clubs are being suspended until further notice.
This is to support protection of all our members and volunteers.
We wish you well, stay safe and look forward to seeing you all in the not too distant future.

Siloam Church Hall will be closed for renovation from 22nd January until Feb 17th 2018.
The clubs on a Wednesday and Thursday will continue to meet at various locations.

There will be a Grand Charity Night at the Penlan Social Club on Thursday 24th November 7PM.
Tickets are £5 proceeds in aid of Forget Me Not Clubs & the Brook Lilly Foundation.

The Annual Christmas Carol Service will be held at Siloam on December 4th at 4pm.

Thursday July 14th 2015.
Presentation of the Queens Award at Sketty Hall.
All the groups including clients and volunteers attended this event at Sketty Hall in Swansea.
The Lord Lieutenant representing HRH presented the award and gave a wonderful speech commending the FMN day clubs for all that they do to support individuals with dementia and their families in Swansea.

The Forget Me Not Charity has been selected as a recipient for the Queens Award for Voluntary Service 2015 (QAVS)
As a winner the charity will receive.
. Permission to use the official QAVS Logo
. A signed certificate from Her Majesty The Queen which is going to be presented to the club on July 14th.
. An English Crystal with the logo insignia
Publication of the groups details in a special edition of The London Gazette.
.An invitation to attend the Royal Garden Party.
We are all very proud and send a big thank you to all our volunteers.
